Shipping and Delivery

The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard deliveries arrive in 3-7 business days

We deliver worldwide

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $99 (£77). 

Delivery for smaller orders cost £5 within the UK, €15 to Europe, $19 to USA and from $24 to the rest of the world and calculated at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days (some exclusions apply). We will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order. After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to us.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Online orders

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediatly and your order will be refunded. If your order already has been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order anymore and you have to return your order back to our warehouse.
