Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $99 (£77).

The estimated delivery time and charges are depending on the country (orders dispatched from the London, Great Britain). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard deliveries arrive in 3-7 business days.

All packing materials are eco-friendly and shipment is carbon neutral.

VEOM cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to VEOM, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

 

What is the procedure of a return?

Although we hope you love all your items from VEOM, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days. We will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

  • Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order. 
  • After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to us.
  • Please inform us using email: veom@veomactive.com with a subject "Return". Provide your email adress you used for your purchase and the order number.

 

What items are returnable?

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Local postage rates for returning may apply (free of charge for the UK)

     

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
